SolidWorks Innovation Day 2009 - One Day Conference on
Design Sustainability has been launched in India by EGS India. As
a part of a series of India-wide Conferences, EGS India goes next to
Coimbatore and Trichy to highlight the importance of Sustainability in
Designs.
SolidWorks 2010 has been launched in India
by EGS India to the Engineering Design Community.
Considering the importance of Environmental, Social and Economic impact
of Sustainable Designs, EGS India has been using a case study based
approach to bring home the benefits of conservation in Energy,
Resources and Materials.
A White Paper titled 'Developing
Sustainable Designs for Enduring Value' deliberating on ways and
means to achieve design sustainability has been released for the
benefit of the Engineering Community.
Tolerance
Analysis using SigmundWorks,
developed by Varatech
Corporation, has been presented for predicting assembly
build.
